Become a Union Steward
What is a Union Steward?
A Union Steward is someone who is knowledgeable
about their Union contract and can share their Union knowledge with
other Union members in their store.
A Union Steward is a Union member's daily connection
to the Union. They are aware of upcoming events, bargaining information,
as well as other Union business.
Union Stewards play an active role in the Union by
attending an initial training as well as attending steward knowledge
meetings on different topics throughout the year.
Union Stewards are KEY in communicating the Union
message among store locations and their fellow members.
