The Contract Action Team Needs You!
What is it?
The Contract Action Team (C.A.T.) is constructed of
members that work with the Negotiations Team to help communicate what’s
happening at the bargaining table. The CAT members talk one-on-one with
co-workers and give feedback to the Negotiations Team.
What can the Contract Action Team members do?

Build solidarity in every department

Prepare membership for upcoming bargaining and how
the process works.

Discuss contract proposals and answer questions
about what’s happening in negotiations.

Listen to members’ concerns for the upcoming
contract.

Participate in an e-mail or phone tree.
Only together in solidarity can we truly make a
difference. Everyone can contribute to make this the strongest contract.
