Our Mission

It is the mission of UFCW Local 367 to represent our members in their struggle for better wages, benefits, and working conditions by negotiating strong contracts with their employers, by vigilantly policing those contracts, and by advising the members about solutions to workplace problems as they occur. Local 367 is dedicated to organizing the unorganized workers in the retail industry in West Central Washington State, with the goal of bringing the benefits of Unionism to those workers, their families, and to the general population.
