Our meat apprenticeship program is a state-sponsored joint apprenticeship program between UFCW367 and employers. Classes are currently in session at Bates Technical Institute Thursday’s 6:30 to 9 pm
Our program consists of 288 Related supplemental instruction hours (RSI) and 4000 on-the-job training hours.
Which ends up being about 2 years with sessions in 10-week blocks.
As a registered apprenticeship program working in partnership with Bates Technical College, you can not only earn your Journey-person meat cutters card but also apply credit towards a degree if you choose to further your education.
