Find Your Contract
Your Union Contract is a legally binding document that is bargained between your employer and UFCW Local 367. Please read your contract and if you have any questions or feel your contract is being violated contact your Union Representative.
The Grocery and Meat Agreements ratified by Local 367 members made extensive language changes which are currently under review. In fact, many provisions of the Grocery agreement will be impacted by the new All Purpose Clerk wage classification and related changes. It's important that all changes to the new agreements are accurate and this has caused additional delays in getting final signed agreements. Local 367 is working with the employer group and other Local Unions to expedite the drafting process. We expect to have more information about the timeline for signed agreements in the near future.
