UFCW 367: WHO WE ARE
•UFCW Local 367 was established in 1934 in Tacoma, Washington
•8,000 members throughout six counties (Pierce, Mason, Thurston, Grays Harbor, Lewis, and Pacific)
•Part of UFCW International which represents 1.3 million workers in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico
•UFCW was created by way of a merger between the Retail Clerks International Union and The Amalgamated Meat Cutters and Butcher Workmen of North America in 1979

We are a diverse member-driven union fighting for economic and social justice. We empower through respect, integrity, and dignity. Our strength comes from standing in solidarity with our communities to build a better life.
UFCW 367 represents our members in every aspect of their working lives. Your union negotiates and enforces contracts with employers that improve working conditions, wages, hours, benefits, and retirement for all members. Your contract gives workers protection from unfair discipline and protects their rights on the job. UFCW 367 and all members, stand in solidarity with our communities, moving politicians to establish laws to help all members and their families. This raises standards in our industries which benefits all workers and the communities we live in.
With UFCW 367, you will be joining over 8,000 members in the South Puget Sound region of Washington state. UFCW 367 is part of UFCW International, the largest private-sector union in the United States, representing 1.3 million members and their families in grocery stores, meat packing, food processing, retail shops, and other industries. UFCW members serve communities in all 50 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
