Workplace bullying isn't something you have to prove or report to learn how to handle. This training gives you practical tools to recognize bullying tactics, document incidents the right way, and protect yourself — whether or not you're dealing with it right now. This session is confidential and open to all members. Attending doesn't mean something is happening to you, it means you're building skills you can use for yourself or a coworker down the line.
