Everything you need as a UFCW Local 367 member — all in one place.
Your UFCW Local 367 Union Representative works with members to build power in the workplace and enforce the rights we’ve won together. Representatives regularly visit worksites, listen to concerns, help members understand their union contract, and support workers in addressing workplace issues.
But the real strength of our union comes from members standing together. When workers stay informed, speak up, and support one another, we build the power needed to protect our rights and improve our workplaces.

Your contract outlines your workplace rights, including wages, benefits, scheduling, and job protections. Familiarizing yourself with the details of your union contract is crucial to making the most of your membership. This document empowers you to understand what you’re entitled to and how UFCW Local 367 protects your interests.
Have questions? Your union representative is here to help. Don’t hesitate to reach out for support or guidance on any aspect of your contract.
Every worker deserves to be treated with fairness and respect on the job. As a member of UFCW Local 367, you have important workplace protections through your union contract and federal labor law.
Knowing your rights helps ensure you are protected from unfair discipline, unsafe working conditions, and violations of your collective bargaining agreement. Union members also have the right to representation during certain workplace meetings and investigations.
When workers understand their rights, they are better prepared to stand together and protect one another on the job.
