Member Resources
Everything you need, all in one place.
Your UFCW Local 367 Union Representative works with members to build power in the workplace and enforce the rights we’ve won together. Representatives regularly visit worksites, listen to concerns, help members understand their union contract, and support workers in addressing workplace issues.
Your contract outlines your workplace rights, including wages, benefits, scheduling, and job protections. Familiarizing yourself with the details of your union contract is crucial to making the most of your membership. This document empowers you to understand what you’re entitled to and how UFCW Local 367 protects your interests.
Your rights don’t come from your employer—they come from your union contract. Understand your protections, stand up for yourself, and know how to take action when something isn’t right.
