Heather DeMarce returns to UFCW 367 with deep roots in the union. As a former 367 member, Executive Board member, and bargaining team member, Heather gained firsthand experience advocating for workers' rights and building union power from the ground up.

Her passion and leadership within UFCW 367 opened the door to an internship and eventually a full-time career in the labor movement. Over the past few years, she has represented hospital workers across Washington and Montana, continuing her commitment to standing up for working people.

Now back with UFCW 367, Heather says it feels like coming home—and she’s more energized than ever to be doing the work she loves with the union that started it all.
