The UFCW 367 Meat Cutter Apprenticeship Program is designed for union members currently working in the meat department who want to advance their careers and become journey-person meat cutters.

Through a partnership between UFCW Local 367, participating employers, and Bates Technical College, apprentices receive high-quality training that builds both technical expertise and leadership skills within the food industry.
