📣 UFCW 367 members: It’s time to take action.
Join us on Thursday, June 5th, to cast your vote in a ULP Strike Authorization Vote in response to the employer’s unlawful conduct during bargaining. This is not an economic strike, this is an Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) strike vote.
The employer has crossed legal lines in more than one major instance:
Withholding critical information needed to negotiate a fair scheduling proposal
Intimidating employees for participating in protected union activity (such as leafleting)
Your vote sends a powerful message: We will not tolerate illegal behavior at the bargaining table. A strong “YES” vote shows management that 367 members are united and serious about securing a fair contract.
