THG Bargaining Update - June 18th, 2026
The Herbal Gardens bargaining committee submitted another comprehensive proposal today and received a response from the Employer. A crack in the brick wall of rejections and refusals opened up, allowing some small steps to be made. We're back at the bargaining table next Thursday, June 25. More to come.

The Tacoma Longshoremen Credit Union bargaining committee wrapped up contract bargaining on June 2nd, reaching a tentative agreement with their employer in just two sessions. South Bend Pharmacy - Bargaining Update
On May 26th, the South Bend Pharmacy bargaining committee presented a counter-proposal confronting a serious underpayment in wages. Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Pharmacy Assistants/Sales are highly skilled workers who deserve compensation that reflects their experience and knowledge. Tacoma, WA (April 9th, 2026) — Workers at the Herbal Gardens in Tacoma had their first bargaining session after voting to unionize in January. "It's nice to see all of the work and planning come to fruition so it is very exciting to be here," said Brendan in anticipation of the negotiations, "I did a lot of research beforehand, so I am pretty ready to go." Marlene’s Bargaining Update – June 25, 2025
Marlene’s workers and UFCW 367 continue to make progress at the bargaining table. During the June 25 session, we reached several tentative agreements and made movement on key issues like wages, retirement eligibility, and training. With more sessions scheduled in July and August, we’re pushing forward with a shared goal: a strong first contract that reflects the needs and voices of Marlene’s workers.
