Grocery Workers Across the Puget Sound Take Action for a Fair Contract

Two UFCW 367 Grocery Workers smiling, holding flyers outside a building. One wears a blue shirt, the other a purple jacket. Mood is friendly and welcoming.

📢 Grocery workers are gearing up for a tough fight at the bargaining table—and this week, they took their message straight to the public. UFCW 367 members stood strong in front of stores across the South Sound, leafleting to raise awareness about what’s at stake in upcoming contract negotiations.

For too long, we've been understaffed and struggling to provide for our families while grocery companies rake in billions in record profits.

By connecting directly with customers, workers are building community support and putting pressure on employers to do the right thing. Because when the public understands our struggle, they stand with us—and that solidarity means power at the bargaining table.

We’re calling for:

  • Better wages to provide for our families

  • More hours to qualify for healthcare

  • Safer, better-staffed stores to better serve our communities

More awareness = more pressure = a stronger contract! 💪

Support grocery workers across the Puget Sound. We deserve better.
