After months of organizing and action, UFCW 367’s member-led bargaining team has reached tentative agreements on major improvements to hours, scheduling, and safety language during the tenth bargaining session. UFCW 367 members returned to the table on June 16 for the ninth bargaining session. While Kroger engaged in real conversations around hours and scheduling, Safeway/Albertsons continued their delay tactics, arriving with no responses to basic questions. Our next session is June 26 — and we’re staying strong, united, and strike-ready.
