UFCW 367 Bargaining Team

We’re proud to announce that after months of hard work and member-driven action, your UFCW 367 Bargaining Team has reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) covering Grocery, Meat, and General Merchandise workers.


This agreement reflects the priorities that members have raised at the table, including improvements in wages, safety, and scheduling rights, and demonstrates the strength of our union when we stand united.

Just looked at my paystub for Thursdays pay day it does have that back pay but it also looks like we are getting double taxed

I’m so surprised with this contract. All that big talk from before looks so little now. Our union basically laid down and surrendered. So sad

$2.70 for 2 years?? We are now going to pay $2 more for our medical, that leaves us with $0.70 cents as our raise! What a garbage ass contract!! Do better!! And now the union gets a raise so now we pay more into it, leaving us workers with no raise at all!
