Marlene’s Bargaining Update – June 25, 2025
Marlene’s workers and UFCW 367 continue to make progress at the bargaining table. During the June 25 session, we reached several tentative agreements and made movement on key issues like wages, retirement eligibility, and training. With more sessions scheduled in July and August, we’re pushing forward with a shared goal: a strong first contract that reflects the needs and voices of Marlene’s workers.

June 26 Bargaining Update
After months of organizing and action, UFCW 367’s member-led bargaining team has reached tentative agreements on major improvements to hours, scheduling, and safety language during the tenth bargaining session. These gains reflect the strength and persistence of grocery workers and their community allies across Pierce County.
