April 16th Grocery Bargaining Update

Today marked the second round of bargaining between UFCW 367 and the employer, and your bargaining team is hard at work preparing strong proposals that reflect your priorities.

During this session, the employer shared information about their scheduling practices, which will help us build proposals that address the need for more predictable and fair scheduling. We also officially presented our proposals for the Meat Contract, kicking off that critical piece of the negotiations.
