On April 15, 2025, UFCW 367 members from across the region came together in Tacoma to kick off the first open bargaining session of the 2025 Grocery Negotiations. With a packed room and powerful energy, members witnessed their bargaining team take a stand for better wages, hours, and safer workplaces.
This historic session marked the beginning of our fight for a contract that reflects the value and dedication grocery workers bring to our communities every day.
