📢 WHAT A TURNOUT! Our second Open Bargaining Session was a powerful display of unity, energy, and progress!
We’re proud to share that your UFCW 367 Bargaining Team officially passed our economic proposal — a major step toward securing the wages, benefits, and respect grocery workers have earned. We also reached a few tentative and temporary agreements, inching us closer to the strong contract we deserve.
Let’s be clear: we’re not asking for more than we’ve earned — we’re demanding what we’re owed.
