Day four of the 2025 Grocery Negotiations made one thing clear: UFCW 367 members are showing up strong, and we’re not backing down.
During this session, your bargaining team delivered bold, member-backed proposals to improve wages, hours, and job protections. Unfortunately, the employer’s response fell short. They returned with counterproposals that would weaken overtime protections, alter the “no strikes or lockouts” clause, limit access to Select A Schedule, and introduce job role takeaways and third-utilization changes.
But make no mistake: every delay only fuels our determination.
